Responsibilities:

  • Attend to inbound sales inquiries through call, email or WhatsApp messaging.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Prepare quotations and Performa invoices to customers promptly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales leads and daily call log.
  • Follow up lead status tracking with sales representatives.
  • Generate monthly sales lead status for the dept. Manager.
  • Collaborate and assist the field sales team in working towards closing deals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration, Accounting or related field
  • Experience in administrative or indoor sales would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills..
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as we have junior position available.
