As a Travel Services Agent, you will play a key role in delivering unparalleled customer service, ensuring that our members experience only the best each time they connect with us. Working on the front lines, you’ll be the primary point of contact for one of our prestigious clients in the Asia/Pacific region, handling their customers’ ground transportation needs with precision and care.

Your Role:

  • Engage directly with customers via phone and email to understand their requirements and expertly guide them through the reservation process.
  • Manage a high volume of interactions, ensuring each one is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Be a problem solver, dedicated to customer satisfaction, showing initiative and creativity to best meet the unique needs of each member.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team, but also have the autonomy to work independently and make decisions that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English, along with Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Customer Service Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: A genuine dedication to going the extra mile for customers, with tact, diplomacy, and a knack for creative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, where your flexibility and adaptability shine.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in travel and customer service, especially handling high call volumes, is highly valued.

Guidelines for Home Office :
