Job Description

  • Collaboratively with the HR team to manage the full employee lifecycle of onboarding, employee management, employee retention, and offboarding. This includes preparing offer letters, tracking confirmation, supporting performance management exercises, recording and maintaining staff records in HRIS and P-File
  • Effectively engage employees, enhancing the employee experience in the company
  • Assist in employee grievances and disciplinary matters, providing timely counseling if required.
  • Assist HR Manager in the implementation of employee engagement activities.
  • Carry out and manage HR operational and ad hoc matters according to approved policies and procedures such as leave management, medical and benefit claims matters, learning and development support and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant skill and knowledge in HR & Admin with a minimum of 3 year of working experience
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills
  • Team player who is self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
