Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support while collaborating with clients to enhance brand awareness and drive effective marketing campaigns. Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding service to customers through email and chat, ensuring quick and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness and engage target audiences.
  • Feedback Management: Gather customer and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to the relevant teams.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer satisfaction metrics, providing reports and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Possess SPM or higher educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in marketing or working with clients on campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
