Job Description

· Establish a stable customer relationship and know about customer’s business, organization and ICT structure.

· Setup customer network archive including contracts, maintenance status, product lifecycle information.

· Explore new service opportunities and guiding customer on the service budgets.

· Interpret the bidding documents, identify the service requirements, and provide quotations for basic services (professional service, maintenance service, training service).

· Develop and implement the customer service strategies together with the Sales, Channel and Product team.

· Serve as the bidding owner and organize key bidding actions such as DTRB, DRB and ATX to ensure smooth bidding process.

· Develop the monthly delivery and revenue plan at the beginning of each month.

· Manage delivery progress and risks to ensure project delivery progress and quality.

· Output weekly/monthly reports on delivery management for customers or partners.

· Support channel partners delivery and resolve partner delivery issues.

· Setup and implement proactive maintenance strategies and output reports.

· Handle network problems escalation in a timely manner and regularly track and manage the problems.

· Handling and recovery of any unexpected network accidents.

· Execute the Voice of Customers (VOC) management actions, identify and improve the weak point to ensure and improve the customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication/Computer/IT Engineering or related course.

2. Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experiences in the related field.

3. Rich project management/people management experience; Rich junior-level experience in delivery and service business and maintenance business; Experience in nurturing customer relationships; responsible for profit and loss.

4. Responsibility and result orientation.

5. Organization building and platform operation capabilities of large-scale teams, and core delivery service capabilities.

6. Establish customer and partner capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction on delivery and service.

7. Have certain strategic thinking capabilities and have a deep understanding of customers' business and operations.

8. Have basic knowledge on Datacom/Transmission/Storage or any ICT product technical knowledge. Candidate with Huawei’s HCIE, HCIP or HCIA certification will have an added advantage.
