We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Invoicing Clerk who can speak Mandarin to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries. 处理来电和客户询问,确保及时回应和解决问题,以提升客户满意度。
  • Monitor sales support activities and ensure smooth processes. 监督销售支持活动并确保流程顺畅,提高工作效率。
  • Review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels to ensure order fulfilment. 审查每日客户订单与产出计划及库存水平,以确保订单按时履行。
  • Process customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, delivery, and invoice billing. 处理客户询问、报价单、销售订单、发货和发票开具,确保所有信息准确无误。
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of goods. 与仓库和物流部门沟通,确保商品准时交货,优化供应链管理。
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments. 与销售代表及其他内部部门紧密合作,促进信息共享与协作。
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management. 执行管理层分配的其他任务,以支持团队目标的实现,确保整体工作顺利进行。

Qualifications & experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. / 鼓励应届毕业生申请
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree, in any field;必须至少拥有任何领域的SPM、STPM、文凭或学位
  • Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience. / 至少1年相关领域的经验
  • Proficient in using Auto-count, Microsoft Excel, and Word is a must. / 熟练使用Auto-count、Microsoft Excel和Word至关重要
  • Experience in FMCG wholesale and retail operations is advantageous. / 有快消品批发和零售操作经验者优先考虑
  • Willing to work in Tengkera, Melaka
