  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:
The Sales Support Manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Director APAC and oversee APAC agents, distributors, and key customers to achieve sales objectives while coordinating project execution and managing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Lead efforts to meet sales goals by collaborating with agents and distributors across the APAC region.
  • Project Coordination: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects and programs.
  • Costing and Quotation: Prepare product costing and provide official quotations in consultation with sales leadership.
  • Order Confirmation: Support customer service in verifying and confirming Purchase Orders from agents and customers.
  • ISO Certification Coordination: Manage ISO certification processes and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with QA.
  • Production and Sampling: Coordinate with production to schedule sampling and expedite orders, ensuring effective communication with agents and customers.
  • Technical Support: Read and interpret engineering drawings to assist in the resolution of technical queries and support product development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales support or related field.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
