  • Assisting with Incorporation with local consultancy
  • Coordination with relevant agent with localization
  • Communicate with partners from Malaysia, Singapore, China, Vietnam.
  • Provide support and assists with internal transactions related matters.
  • Monitor and maintain stock replenishment in office with proper procedures and records.
  • Communicating with Government Agencies or external partners
  • Prepare weekly inventory report & administrative works such as key in database and filing.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc duties and task given by superiors.

  • Assisting with tabulation of payroll cycle, pay slip issuance to staff and administer staff leave record ( if applicable)
  • Manage the recruitment activities that include job posting, screening and interview scheduling and source for various recruitment channels.
  • Provide employee services that include staff on boarding, staff exit clearance, staff performance appraisal, HR documentation and HR process.
  • Assist in all administrative programs or activities
  • To provide advisory role to management on the latest government and labor policies.
  • Handling foreign workers related matters.(if applicable)

    Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2- 3 years of working experience in Human Resource and/or Administration role.
  • Well versed in Malaysian legislation law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Both English Mandarin Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Trio-speaking language clients
  • Great personality with multi-tasking and result-oriented
  • Strong communication and organization skills
