Get to know the team:

As a Grab Driver Centre Coordinator, you will report into the GDC & Retention Lead with hybrid working in Malaysia. You will be a part of an cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment. The Operations Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard of operation excellence in the city they manage. The team needs to be able to more visibility towards the market.

You will report into the GDC & Retention Lead and hybrid working in Sabah, Malaysia.

Critical Tasks you will perform:

• You will support campaign owners in executing local tactical and strategic campaigns.
• You will shadow the team to write creative briefs for designers and deliver collaterals & communications.
• You will assist with ad-hoc campaign or activity launches.
• You will work closely with the city leads to ensure engagement activities are visible.
• You will assist with administrative tasks and any other duties delegated by the city leads.
• You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

What Skills You Will Need

• We are looking for someone who has at least one (1) year of experience.
• You are pursuing a Diploma/Degree in any field.
• You have an open attitude towards students at all years of study.
• You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• You have the ability to be agile and work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time, presentation, and project management skills.
• You have a can-do spirit, which is critical.
• You have the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• You have proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin as an advantage, and basic knowledge of Excel, including formulas such as SUM, IF, and VLOOKUP.
