Job Description:

1. To provide general administration duties including responsible for maintaining and updating internal databases; answering telephone calls; dispatching documents and letters; proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval, etc.

2. To assist in various aspects of operations and administration including issuing all types of letters and related correspondences, preparing monthly reports.

3. To perform administrative and office support.

4. To liaise with bankers, lawyers, etc.

5. To closely follow up with customers and teammates.

6. To answer queries by clients and teammates.

7. To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as assigned.

1. Good communication skills in liaising with internal departments and clients.

2. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

3. Excellent organizational and follow up skills.

4. Good working attitude and responsiveness.

5. Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams.

6. Ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

1. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

2. Required skill(s): Computer literate (Microsoft Word / Excel)

3. SPM & UEC & Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

4. Able to speak Mandarin

5. With or without working experience
