SALES Responsibilities:
~ Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches, or Exhibitions.
~Handling new customer leads on daily basic
~To ensure high level and customer satisfaction on our property.
~Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media and email.
~To liase with prospect, bankers & solicitor
~Achieve individual target as given follow ranking.
~Working in a group and together achieve the group target.
~Self-motivation & Self-directed candidate
~Basic salary + higher incentives (RM 3,000.00 above)
~Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build and manage relationships.
Requirements:
~Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Property Development/Real Estate Management or Business Studies is preferred.
~Experience in the Sales field (experience in Property Development Industry is an added advantage.)
~Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
~High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language with excellent organization and communication skills.
~Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in NILAI & SEREMBAN area.
~On-job training provided.
