Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phone calls, and emails.
  • Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Support documentation/administrative needs within the department and support translation for customer announcement notices

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business studies or any related field.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts (Including weekends if required).
