Monday to Friday: 0900hrs to 1800hrs.

Job Summary: The role will provide customer care, manage global B2B transactions in terms of order processing and proper order management in ensuring all order details are accurate, updated and communicated to customers timely. The CSE is expected to build positive relationships with key stakeholders namely customers, sales, business developers, operations and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage customers’ requirements and profiles in the system
  • Accountable for appropriate knowledge and use of departmental and company systems/databases
  • Prepare reports for Management, Sales or Customers when requested
  • Manage customers’ orders from order receipt until shipment
  • Monitor delivery schedule and notify sales/customers of any status change
  • Work closely with Operation Teams to complete order transactions after shipment
  • Update forwarders’ portals to assign orders to suppliers (if applicable, for selective customers only)
  • Ensure relevant documentation and certification approvals are completed and obtained on time to prevent jeopardizing delivery schedules
  • Manage risk by escalating critical issues to the Supervisor/Manager timely and work together to resolve them.
  • Commit to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and departmental goals

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (minimum Excel and Word) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with global B2B import and export transactions, Customer service and Order processing
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
