Role Summary 岗位摘要：

Overall responsible for production planning and management, to ensure company's products as planned, deliver to meet customer requirement (meet monthly OTD). 全面负责生产计划和管理，确保公司产品按计划交付，满足客户需求（达成每月OTD）。

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：

• According to the department KPI objectives-oriented, maximize scientific management productivity. Shorten the production cycle and fully coordinate resources to ensure that the product delivery plan is achieved. 以部门KPI目标为导向，科学管理生产力为最大化。缩短生产周期，充分协调资源，确保产品交付计划实现。

• Lead the completion of the main plan scheduling and EMS company PO allocation, and in accordance with the requirements of the plan to implement and control the completion of the plan. Actively and effectively coordinate resources to solve the problem when abnormal occurs. Degrees to prepare for the subsequent mass production plan in advance. 主导完成主计划调度和EMS 外协公司PO分配，并按照计划要求实施和控制计划完成。出现异常时，积极有效地协调资源，解决问题。度提前为后续量产计划做准备。

• Lead EMS company on daily plans to achieve statistical analysis and review of data To track and improve the factors affecting delivery, quality and cost. To help the EMS company to enhance its output capacity, to provide monthly, quarterly and annual work reports to archive the target plan. 带领EMS 外协公司制定日常计划，实现数据的统计分析和审核，跟踪和改进影响交货、质量和成本的因素。帮助EMS 外协公司提升产能，提供月度、季度、年度工作报告，存档目标计划。

• Take immediate action for sluggish materials, to ensure the normal operation of the production line and the minimum inventory. Strictly control the quantity of replenish materials, reasonable arrangement of inventory. 对滞销物料立即采取行动，确保生产线正常运行和最低库存。严格控制补料数量，合理安排库存。

• Coordinate shipments and control logistics and warehousing risks according to delivery needs. Understand the raw material inventory of the production product base on Sales/production orders. 根据发货需要，协调发货，控制物流仓储风险。根据销售/生产订单了解生产产品的原材料库存。

• Cooperate with the company's management system construction, implementation, maintenance. 配合公司管理体系建设、实施、维护。

Material Control

Role Summary 岗位摘要：

Overall responsible for the production of material demand plan release, abnormal coordination, ensure accurate delivery of raw materials. 全面负责生产物料需求计划下达，异常协调，确保原材料准确交付。

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：

• 监控发送至 EMS 外协的寄售材料运输是否正常，并确保生产线 100% 准时交货。

• Monitor consign material shipment sent out to EMS is on track and to ensure production lines are achieving 100% on time delivery. 监控发送至 EMS 的寄售材料运输是否正常，并确保生产线 100% 准时交货。

• Ensure incoming material are follow basic standard pack and order fulfilment. 确保来料遵循基本的标准包装和订单履行。

• Review new sales orders from time to time to ensure all orders are entered and driving material accurately. 不时检查新的销售订单，以确保所有订单都被准确输入并驱动材料。

• Review new BOM release to ensure no impact on production line. 审核新的BOM 发布以确保对生产线没有影响。

• Collaborate with demand planner in demand forecast.在需求预测方面与需求规划师合作。

• Monitor system inventory number vs physical by weekly basics. 通过每周基本情况监控系统库存数量与物理库存数量。

Job Requirements 岗位需求：

• Education 学历要求：Bachelor’s Degree and above 本科及以上学历
• Language语言要求：Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Must able to write in Mandarin, Listen, Read & Speak) due to have to liaise with China counterpart中、英、巫文（须懂中文书写、听、读、说）因必须和集团中方人员交流。
