  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • at least 2 years of experience in Business Analyst/Business Development position (or relevant function)
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge in productivity and data reporting tools
  • Mid to high level of proficiency in Excel
  • Advanced in written and spoken English
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Building and Maintenance of a reliable database of customers and prospects.
  • Assist in providing data related to KPIs, managerial reports and dashboard to allow good decision taking in all business areas.
  • Responsible for the CRM and all the necessary tools for sales support.
  • Assist in gathering market and competition data for the mid-term planning, and specific industry strategy.
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of CRM, SAP and local network in cooperation with the HQ, aiming increase of efficiency.
  • Monthly gap analyses (target vs. actual) of the key performance indicators (orders received, order invoiced, turnover, GP, Pipeline and others).
  • Direct communication with headquarters (IT, BI) as well as with colleagues in the same areas from other subsidiaries.
  • Assist in preparation of company’s mid-term strategy (SDP) and yearly budget.
  • Required to travel and work at Singapore office as and when required.
  • Support in Sales & Marketing Administrative tasks.
