What You’ll Do:

- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Your performance will be measured by your team's ability to meet sales targets, maintain strong customer pipelines, and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 8 years in retail or key account sales with a proven record of exceeding targets, including 3 years in team management.
- Strong skills in business development and negotiation.
- Analytical mindset, attentive to sales data.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
- Capable of working under pressure to achieve sales goals.
- Strong self-management abilities.
