Tasks & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, and direct them to the meeting rooms and inform colleagues on the arrival of their visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Scan all the in/out documents and make sure acknowledgement filing or pass to the PIC.
  • Arrange Dispatch/Courier/Lalamove to collect/deliver documents.
  • Monitor and restock stationery as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Any others duties when as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Receptionist or Administration.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to speak and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Mon-Fri / 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Location: 30.02, 30th Floor, Menara TA One, 22, Jalan P.Ramlee, 50250 K.L.
    (Nearby LRT KLCC)
