Tasks & responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, and direct them to the meeting rooms and inform colleagues on the arrival of their visitors.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Scan all the in/out documents and make sure acknowledgement filing or pass to the PIC.
- Arrange Dispatch/Courier/Lalamove to collect/deliver documents.
- Monitor and restock stationery as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Any others duties when as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- At least 1 year of working experience in Receptionist or Administration.
- Language Skills: Must be able to speak and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Mon-Fri / 8.30am-5.30pm
- Location: 30.02, 30th Floor, Menara TA One, 22, Jalan P.Ramlee, 50250 K.L.
