Job Summary

Perform administrative tasks including managing incoming/outgoing documents, point of contact between executive and other officers (internal/external), filing received documents for record purposes, setting up meetings, and handling requests and queries from executive and other departments appropriately. Also responsible for managing the department’s assets and involve in MCMC’s events.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Managing all incoming/outgoing documents;
  • Distributing and tracking tasks to relevant executives; and
  • To provide support to administrative team in managing office’s activities and asset.

Receiving and managing enquiries from internal and external parties

  • Managing messages and requests to the department; and
  • Answering enquiries accordingly.

Handling requests and queries from executives

  • Managing documents and reports;
  • Receiving documents from clients on behalf of the officers when necessary; and
  • Making necessary meeting arrangements.

Qualification and Work Experience

  • Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields; and
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working.
