  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

LOGISTICS SUPPORT ASSISTANT (INBOUND / OUTBOUND RELOCATIONS)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to handle Logistics & Shipping tasks and to handle onsite basic survey
  • Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality
  • Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, and stocking, and packaging merchandise and orders
  • Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
  • Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
  • Carry out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the logistics department or assigned
  • Support with developing and preparing complex databases, reports, and/or presentation material for the logistics unit
  • Responsible for preparing shipping documents
  • Responsible for entering data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
  • Provide support in the maintenance of electronic filing system for administrative documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma and above with minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
  • Knowledge in Inbound & Outbound Logistics Arrangement via Air & Sea ( FCL & LCL)
  • Expertise in handling personal effect cargo will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding and command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication, writing skills and motivational skills, coupled with good planning and administration abilities
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint
  • Great ability to manage tight projects’ deadlines
  • Able to travel within Klang Valley if required (depending on project)
  • Able to be independent

Job Details

  • Salary : up to RM 3800 (based on years of experience and last drawn salary)
  • Working Day : Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours : 9am - 6pm
  • Contract : 6 Months (subject to extension or absorption into permanent)
  • Office Location : Sunway South Quay, Bandar Sunway
