Position Summary:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings.
2. Schedule CEO appointments and update CEO daily itinerary.
3. Greet and assist visitors, answer telephones calls & inquiries
4. Draft correspondence, reports and other documents.

5. Record and prepare minutes of meeting.

6. Maintain office file, official documents, records and reports.

7. Maintaining and updating Doctor's practicing Agreement and certificates, third party service contracts etc.
8. Assist in renewal of hospital operating license.
9. Disseminate information and distribute memo’s from the CEO office.
10. General office maintenance and coordination – office inventory and maintenance

11 Assist in hospital activities as required.

12. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and hospital information.

Education and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Secretarial/ Office Management or Equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a pleasant personality.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport.
