Key Responsibilities:

To support the daily operations of the Operations Department together with the team.

  • Provide operational support to ensure all centres perform according to policies and guidelines laid down by the company thru annual audit/visits
  • To guide & coach new centres to increase/maximize their student intake thru Orientation/Consultations / Marketing Plans.
  • To provide continuous monitoring of student growth for each centre on a monthly basis thru monthly report
  • To attend and assist new Franchisee centre official opening.
  • To support any student recruitment programmes assigned by HQ (Expos, etc)
  • To assist all centres in obtaining their necessary business/signboard /J.P.N./M.O.E. licenses
  • Support upkeep of equipment, facilities, and items at HQ-owned centres
  • Assist in monitoring student numbers, centre’s performance, and centre’s issues
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in any discipline preferably in Education
  • At least 3 year(s) related working experience preferably in education indusry
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
