KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand value and achieve revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

    • Lead and motivate the team to achieve organization sales targets.

  • Marketing Initiatives
    • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract target customers.
    • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation efforts to build a strong online presence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials, digital content, and educational resources.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Analyze sales data and marketing effectiveness to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance.
  • Compliance & Ethics
    • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing manager. Experience in medical aesthetic, or healthcare industry is a plus.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.
    • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decisions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
