We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant, who will be responsible for assisting with monthly management reporting, accounts management, financial data entry, and other related tasks. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Management Reporting: Support the monthly management reporting process and assist in the month-end accounts closing activities.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage daily accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and inter-billing for affiliated companies.
  • Financial Data Entry: Input key financial transaction data into the company's database daily to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Petty Cash Management: Prepare and verify monthly petty cash claims submitted by the Project Team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Multilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to facilitate clear communication within the team.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Be flexible and ready to undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors to support the finance team's objectives.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records, documents, and filing systems for efficient retrieval and compliance purposes.
  • Requirements:

    • Education: Minimum of SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
    • Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is essential for effective communication.
    • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while prior experience in similar roles is advantageous.
    • Availability: This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
