- Tertiary Education with Diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with sales experience in selling architectural products / interior decorative products to architect and designer circles and expertise in contract materials, textiles, furniture, or wallcovering and an established presence with architects and designers would be an advantage.
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to provide appropriate support for sales and satisfy customers’ expectations.
- Possess own transport.
Responsibility
- Prepare quotations and tender approval forms
- Be responsible for all market surveys and visit customers regularly.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
The role:
- You will service new sales accounts by handling all inquiries, submitting quotations, and maintaining proper project filling for each project.
- You will be responsible for all pre-sales inquiries, orders, and order processing activities.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
- Work closely with the team to ensure that customer's needs are met
- This role is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting our products.
- Carry out product presentations to prospective accounts
- Responsible for pricing inquiries, follow-up orders, and delivery schedules.
- Provide sales report to the head of sales
