  • Tertiary Education with Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with sales experience in selling architectural products / interior decorative products to architect and designer circles and expertise in contract materials, textiles, furniture, or wallcovering and an established presence with architects and designers would be an advantage.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to provide appropriate support for sales and satisfy customers’ expectations.
  • Possess own transport.

Responsibility

  • Prepare quotations and tender approval forms
  • Be responsible for all market surveys and visit customers regularly.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.

The role:

  • You will service new sales accounts by handling all inquiries, submitting quotations, and maintaining proper project filling for each project.
  • You will be responsible for all pre-sales inquiries, orders, and order processing activities.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that customer's needs are met
  • This role is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting our products.
  • Carry out product presentations to prospective accounts
  • Responsible for pricing inquiries, follow-up orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide sales report to the head of sales
