The Service Delivery Coordinator will manage technical support, sales, and service delivery for Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals in Malaysia. You will be responsible for ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities.
As Service Delivery Coordinator - Downstream Chemicals, you will be responsible for:
Managing and overseeing Chemical operations to provide support and guidance to our customers in Malaysia.
Ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection.
Reviewing work activities, job programs and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding client’s requirements
Being the dedicated resource to drive these interactions, develop relationships and position ourselves well within the problem-solving & value delivery arena.
Being confident to kickstart the customer interaction, technical discussion, and opportunity discovery.
Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's Degree or demonstrate relevant industry experience with at least 5 years experiences in downstream chemical.
Have demonstrate expertise in chemical operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
Have demonstrate business acumen and ability to ensure product & project delivery.
Have demonstrate experience in desalting, overhead corrosion control and fouling control.
Have demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers.
Have shown ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results.
Have demonstrate experience in Refinery process & petrochemical environment.
