Requirements: • Minimum SPM qualification with 2-3 years working experience • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new application and software • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision Benefits: • Salary RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 • Incentive: Performance bonus • Working days: 5 days per week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Job scope: • Prepare the Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note and Official Receipt, which includes verifying data accuracy and completeness • Prepare quotation and consignment note. • Sending monthly statements of account and follow the enquiry • Prepare Purchase Order for both local and overseas purchase. • In charge of logistics for incoming & outgoing local/ overseas shipment. Monitoring and tracking order shipping/delivery schedule to ensure timely receipt of goods. • Update inventories to system. • Other admin related task and documentation. • Maintain office equipment, calling for repairs.
