Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Responsible on boarding process with new hire. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Keeps abreast of changes in HR law to continue to maintain compliance. Support in other general administrative tasks for employee welfare/ HR operations. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. (TNA, Training Catalogue, Training Matrix, vendor communication, etc.). Support Employee Relations Programme (annual dinner, family day, festive celebration) etc. Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. Performs other related duties as assigned. Follow all organization safety and environment regulations and requirements. Participate in activities to continuously improve quality performance. Participate in department and site safety & environment initiatives.
