We are representing our well established Telecommunication company providers in Malaysia.
Job Descriptions:
- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Retain the customers to continue using our telco plan.
- Promoting our telco plans and promotions.
- Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder
- Must be proficient in English.
- Only Malaysian Citizens are eligible to apply.
- Must be Fully Vaccinated with Booster.
- Able to work on contract basis
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
