Warehouse Executive

• Overseeing and assigning warehouse staff schedules. • Ensuring the procedure of receiving of raw materials, feed additives, packaging materials, spare parts, chemicals, diesel, returned finished products etc. are implemented effectively. • Ensuring the storage and labelling requirements for all materials in warehouses are according to the standards set by the Company. • Monitoring of the finished products stock level and ensuring the issuance of finished products are complying to the traceability system. • Controlling and monitoring the proper use of equipment / machinery in warehouses i.e. Forklifts, Sweepers, Scissor Lift, SRL, Pallet Jacks etc. and arranging for service as per schedule or whenever necessary. • Applying and implementing Plan, Do, Check & Act (PDCA) in Warehouse Section as part of continuous improvement initiative. • Ensuring the stock inventories relevant to Warehouse Section are up-to-date and accurate. • Ensuring the pest control activity is implemented effectively in warehouses and general surrounding. • Ensuring the waste management procedure is implemented effectively in warehouses and general surrounding. • Adhering to all legislative regulatory and Company’s policies and procedure including Safety & Health, Feed Safety Management System, 5S Program, etc. • Identifying and suggesting suitable training programmes to enhance Warehouse personnel skills and knowledge. • Carrying out any other duties assigned by the Management.
