Job Requirements:- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. - At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Meticulous attention to details. - Good literacy in using Microsoft word, Excel application. - Able to multitask and coordinate work priorities and duties. - Possess a positive attitude initiative, self-motivated and hardworking. - Knowledge of using MYOB is an added advantage. Job Responsibilities:- - Handle and monitoring company’s full sets of accounts including updating and verification of ledgers, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, month-end closing and statutory requirements. - Organize and supervise preparation of monthly cash flow report and responsible in cash flow planning and forecast. - To handle the monthly management accounts together with financial analysis. - To handle year end reports for audit and tax schedules. - To manage sales collection and manage credit control. - To handle yearly budget and budget monitoring. - To handle and coordinate consolidate account of the group of companies. - To support the Group of Companies in handling day to day accounts and finance functions as assigned.
