•Sales Department:

•Attain sales targets, including model mix, profitability per model, as agreed upon with your sales manager

•Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products

•Present products to customers using features, advantages, and benefits. Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands

•Cross-sell additional parts, accessories, HOG memberships, F&I products, Warranties & service contracts, etc. with all new and used vehicles

•Introduce new customers to the service, parts, general merchandise, and F&I departments and their personnel

•Maintain a clean and presentable product display according to H-D guidelines

•Ensure display general merchandisehave updated product information (information tags or stands)

•Customer Service

•Deliver an outstanding end to end customer experience (e.g., Effective greetings, CRM, Objection handling, communication, etc.)

•Follow the Harley-Davidson Sales process, including and not limited to:

•Effective prospecting and lead management

•Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. (f2f or virtually)

•Ensure customers are appropriately qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy.

•Practice a feature/benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
