  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job: OPERATION MANAGER

Industry: Food and Beverage

Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5, Jalan Penrissen

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations.

2. Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation and service.

3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.

4. Train ,supervise and coaching staff.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and special events to drive business.

6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall operations.

7. Long term planning to suppory the company’s goal

8. Forecast and yearly plan

9. Perfomr any tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry practices, trends, and regulation.

2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

3. Strong problem- solving and decision-making capabilities.

4. At least 2 years and above of working experience in related field.

5. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)

6. Possess a valid D class driving license and own a transport.

7. Willing to travel and work outstation upon request.

Salary Range: starting from RM2,500 and above (Depending on working experience)
