Account Executive

a. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable. b. Perform regular statement of reconciliation for customers and suppliers. c. Execute data entry, update record and maintain proper filling. d. Maintain general ledger by preparing trial balance, reconciling entries and resolving discrepancies. e. Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue and journal entries. f. Perform a variety of accounting / finance tasks including inventory valuation. g. Prepare month end finance and management reports. h. Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary when necessary. i. Familiar with SQL accounting software. j.
