Job Summary:
Axiata Digital Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Partner to lead and nurture key client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to drive business value and deliver innovative digital solutions that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and understanding their business objectives, pain points, and digital transformation needs.
- Strategic Consulting: Provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations, offering tailored solutions and demonstrating the value of Axiata Digital Labs’ services.
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client’s quality expectations.
- Account Growth: Identify and develop opportunities for account growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, delivery, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Financial Management: Oversee client budgets, monitor profitability, and manage financial reporting for assigned accounts to ensure healthy profit margins.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or challenges, proactively identifying risks and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention by continually improving service delivery and client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in client services, account management, or consulting roles within the digital or technology services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, and business processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with a focus on delivering value.
- Experience in handling large-scale, complex accounts and managing senior-level stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and experience managing client budgets and profitability.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the telecommunications or ICT sector.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
