Project Manager cum Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager cum Quantity Surveyor. This role involves managing various construction projects while also overseeing the cost management aspect through quantity surveying techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. - Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for projects. - Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities. - Monitor project progress, costs, and variations. - Conduct site visits and inspections to assess work progress and quality. - Manage procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers and vendors. - Provide advice on contractual matters and resolve disputes as they arise. - Prepare and submit progress reports and final accounts. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in project management and quantity surveying within the construction industry. - Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations. -Candidate must willing to work at No:7, Jalan Kempas Lama 1, Off, Jalan Kempas Lama, 81300 Johor Bahru, Johor -5.5 working days (Saturday half day, Friday Off) Interested personal may contact Ms Andrea at 016 271 8882 for more inquiries.
