Maxis’ Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) programme is our commitment to helping young Malaysian talents and our nation to always be ahead and to add value to the national economy. We are offering an opportunity for you to be part of the PROTÉGÉ programme at Maxis, which aims to develop and guide you with necessary skills and experience to get ahead in this ever changing world. The programme will be for 12 months and will have a combination of intensive soft skill classroom training and on-the-job training opportunities. You will learn practical skills and real-life experiences at Maxis that will help guide you towards a successful future.

What Are You Accountable For

• Responsible to assist Business Project Managers and Maxis project delivery team in day-to-day management of the MOE program & other projects assigned
• At times you will interface with clients to understand their business needs and communicate solutions.
• Able to do presentation in Powerpoint development, articulate to PM, Manager when needed.
• Assist Project Manager in coordination activity, e.g. coordinating activity tracking, coordinating data gathering, prepare information in excel, PPT, track it and produce reports.
• Improvise departmental process documentation in given process mentor
• Take the role of Project coordinator, help project team achieve success.
  
  

What Do You Need To Have For The Role

• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in in IT, Telco Engineering g from any local or foreign higher learning institution that is recognised by the Government of Malaysia
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Obtain CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office
• Strong team player, self-motivated, driven and willing to learn
• Preference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed
