The Account Executive is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. This includes overseeing a portfolio of clients to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The Account Executive will work closely with the admin team and department heads to ensure the final render communicates our clients’ messaging and meet our clients’ needs.
As an Accounts Executive, you are able to:
- Have a good understanding of industry standards and workflow with regard to relevant past experience
- Understand the design brief without guidance from senior team members and execute the task autonomously
- Ensure your work consistently meets expectations with occasional guidance.
- Proactively communicate with the admin team and relevant department heads regarding timelines and issues pertaining to the project.
- Have basic leadership skills to do basic guiding to our junior team members in projects (a plus but not compulsory).
This role is required to work closely with:
- Directors
- Operations Manager
- Account Executives
- Creative and Production Team
- Department Heads
- Clients
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Have a good understanding in responding to client's queries on technical and procedural questions.
- Have a good understanding in coordinating the formulation of price quotations, submitting sales contract for orders, handling invoicing and maintaining client records.
- Have a good understanding in developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
- Able to collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop proposals and pitches
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each project, translating that into a clear and concise notes for the producers
- Have a good understanding in servicing and maintaining short and long term client relationship as well as managing of existing accounts.
- Able to reach out to prospective clients and understand their needs, up-selling to existing clients and presenting CraveFX's capabilities as per their requirements.
- Able to assist in the administrative work needed for approvals, submissions and reconciliation.
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets by tapping on existing accounts and new business development.
- Finding new sales leads using market research, business directories, client referrals, cold calling and/or direct fieldwork.
- Assist Directors in other areas where necessary

- Experienced in communicating/presenting ideas to clients, with excellent presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
