JOB FUNCTION

The ideal candidate will be assisting the team in all aspects related to investment and corporate finance role which include perform research and analysis on potential assets, provide investment recommendations, execution of the proposals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform analysis on market, sector and companies’ fundamental including their financial outlook and to evaluate and provide investment recommendations.
Monitor the existing portfolio performance.
Provide recommendations on new investment opportunities and / or monetistion that could enhance the existing portfolio performance.
Prepares and presents monthly financial and investment portfolio review.
Provide support to ensure the deliverables of corporate finance works are achieved which include capital raising, funding and other corporate finance initiatives.
Manages treasury functions including meeting short and long term funding needs.
Assist the Group on ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in investment analysis, finance or account.
Have significant experience / exposure in investment, corporate finance and corporate banking backgrounds.

SKILLS COMPETENCIES FACTOR

Good in financial anaylsis and reading financial reportings.
Good quantitative analytical skill to establish financial models and valuations with a good understanding of investment analysis.
Good in business writing and communication.
Have knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
Multitasking and problem solving thinking.
Able to work independently and in fast-paced environment in order to meet critical deadlines.
