Human Resources Officer (Compliance)

Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, including Halal certification, JKKP, Bomba, and other local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the hotel adheres to safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure all compliance documents are up-to-date and readily available for inspections and audits.
• Liaise with external bodies, including government authorities, auditors, and certification bodies, to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Requirements :

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
