1. Track and record all property-related expenses, ensuring they are accurately categorized and documented
2. Manage and process payments for property-related expenses, including maintenance, utilities, and vendor services.
3. Monitor and verify rental payments and other receivables from tenants.
4. Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments to Owner and suppliers
5. Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, expense reports, and cash flow statements.
6. Upload and maintain digital records of receipts, payment slips, and other financial documentation.(check rental and tally amount, maintenance fees , utilities , quick rent ,repairing,cleaning,fire insurance, deduction and transfer to owner )
