  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Komtar, Penang

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our outbound sales team to promote our products. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

· To perform our products and promotion sales via telephone and attend to subscriber’s applications and sales enquiries.

· To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.

· To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.

· Ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform outbound calls to promote our products and promotion and generate targeted sales for the company.

2. Answering and responding to inbound calls on our product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.

3. Ensure monthly sales target is achieved

4. To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy.

5. Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives.

Training: Online/Komtar

Intake: October (ASAP)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM (Skip if weekly target is met)

Salary Range: RM1,700 - RM2,500

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Good command/fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

2. Mandarin speaker (Min. Speak & Read)

3. Minimum: SPM holders (Must passed BM & BI)

4. Age: 19yo & above

5. Confident in delivering results and achieving sales target.

6. Good Selling Skill - MUST

7. Have minimum technical knowledge (internet, broadband)

8. Self-motivated, a team player with positive attitude

9. Sales Experience - Added Advantage
