Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including quotation preparation.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and lab, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
