Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including quotation preparation.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and lab, to ensure seamless operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
