Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: Remote
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer support with strong communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer success support and consultation through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a professional and positive attitude.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they receive ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records using relevant systems and tools.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking customer interactions and activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data reporting, analysis, and statistics.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to generate accurate reports.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
