Akisyah is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Store Keeper. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock replenishment, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, demonstrate reliability, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply needs to prevent shortages.
  • Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. Restock shelves and display areas to maintain adequate inventory levels and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy. Identify any damaged or defective items and take appropriate action, such as returning to the supplier or initiating a replacement order.
  • Organization and Cleanliness: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Arrange products neatly on shelves and ensure proper signage and labeling for easy customer navigation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for staff and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and store operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
