Job Scope / Responsibilities :

  • In charge and follow up existing international customer
  • Manage all aspects of the export process including order confirmation to shipment to post-sales support
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of export customs documents and communicate with the customs broker via email.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as PROFORMA Invoice, Bill of Lading (B/L), Packing List, Form D/E, Certificate of Origin, and any other relevant paperwork for customers.
  • Compile and process banking documents including Letter of Credit (L/C) and Documents Against Payment (D/P).
  • Submit applications for ATIGA (Form D), ACFTA (Form E), AANZFTA and update product cost analyst as required.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping for international orders. (Shipment Coordination)
  • Arrange and dispatch sample to customers
  • Track and document export customer payments meticulously
  • Compile and submit monthly export reports
  • Adc hoc task.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in international sales coordination.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autocount software will add advantage
  • Able to support China market customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
