  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Summary: The ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users of our ERP system. This role involves troubleshooting issues, training users, and collaborating with IT and other departments to improve system functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for ERP system issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new users on ERP functionalities.
  • Document user issues and system changes in a support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with Support Team Leader and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits and report on performance metrics.
  • Participate in ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
  • Create and maintain user guides and documentation for ERP processes.
  • Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to recommend improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,037.91 - RM4,456.23 per month
