Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure an efficient and accurate payroll processing
• Ensure all payroll master data is accurate and up to date
• Ensure timely filling of forms with statutory bodies and contractors are paid in line with contractual terms
• Prepare payroll and other reports for internal reporting
• Maintain proper record of documents, filing for easy retrieval and attend to employee enquiries pertaining to payroll calculation
• Handling approximately 500 headcount with shift pattern
• Support improvements to payroll processing activities (e.g. gather and compile data, conduct simple analysis, etc,) to continuously improve service quality to Management
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
