Responsibilities

  • Organize the client's travel itinerary from beginning to end.
  • Communicate and maintain a healthy relationship with new and existing clients, representatives, and agents through email, telephone, online video call, or face-to-face.
  • Work with the Sales Team and Operations Team to deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
  • To handle and respond to all customer complaints and report to Sales Manager/Supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management or any related field.
  • Fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience in tourism agency or relevant field. Requires effective oral and written communication skills.

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.
Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm.
