Surface Mount Machine Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic circuit board manufacturing equipment, preventive and creative maintenance, and equipment spare parts management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a facility maintenance organization effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment Knowledge and Maintenance: - Maintain and repair electronic circuit board manufacturing equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and creative maintenance (CM) to ensure equipment reliability. - Manage equipment spare parts inventory and procurement. - Maintain initial processing accuracy of equipment through regular maintenance and management. 2. Technical Skills: - Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings of equipment. - Apply basic knowledge of equipment mechanics and electricity in troubleshooting and repairs. - Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. 3. Management Skills: - Lead and manage the facility maintenance organization. - Respond promptly to sudden equipment failures and implement effective solutions. - Drive process improvement activities to enhance equipment performance and reliability. - Train and mentor subordinates to develop their technical and management skills. - Implement and oversee 7S activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of electronic circuit board manufacturing equipment. - Experience in repairing equipment problems in electronic circuit board manufacturing processes. - Knowledge and experience in PM and CM. - Knowledge and experience in equipment spare parts management. - Basic knowledge of equipment mechanics and electricity. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. - Experience in managing a facility maintenance organization. - Proven ability to handle sudden equipment failures and implement process improvements. - Experience in subordinate training and development. - Ability to carry out 7S activities.
