Job Controller(Proton Kulim)

Assign jobs to technicians based on skill sets and availability. Monitor the progress of work and adjust schedules to meet deadlines. Ensure that all jobs are performed according to the service plan and work order. Workshop Management: Coordinate the daily workload and ensure smooth workflow in the workshop. Monitor technician productivity and efficiency, ensuring maximum utilization of resources. Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards. Customer Service: Liaise with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding any delays or additional work required. Assist in resolving customer complaints related to service or repairs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work orders, job cards, and repair histories. Prepare daily and weekly reports on workshop performance, job completion rates, and technician productivity. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements. Parts Coordination: Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of required parts for jobs. Monitor parts usage and coordinate the ordering of additional parts when needed. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed within the workshop. Conduct safety checks and ensure all technicians are using the correct protective equipment. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding vehicle repairs.
